Rachel Clare is a registered dietitian who specialises in eating disorders and disordered eating. Using the evidence based approaches; Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating, Rachel uses her expert knowledge to help clients regain a positive relationship with food and improve their body image.

Rachel previously worked at one of the UK’s leading eating disorder treatment centres, Recover Clinic. She now sees clients suffering with disordered eating in her private practice.

Health at Every Size is an evidence based concept which imparts the message that health is totally achievable in any shaped or sized body. Instead of focusing on weight as a goal, Rachel encourages clients to improve their behaviours around food to find their natural weight set point. Rachel therefore does not use diet plans unless a client is in eating disorder recovery.

Instead, Rachel provides intuitive eating coaching which encourages clients to listen to, and trust, their internal signals of hunger and fullness. She will also coach you to find total food freedom through a systematic break down of any dieting rules you may have gained over the years. In its place, adopting a flexible approach to nutrition which promotes true enjoyment and satisfaction from food.
